On Friday 26 January 2024, the launch of Museum Zuidwest Friesland's new website will take place at Museum De Tijd in Bolsward. The official opening ceremony will be performed by Petra van den Akker, alderman for culture, from 13:00 to 14:00.

The new website represents a unique partnership between nine museums in South-West Friesland. This initiative was set up to present the region's rich cultural history and diverse heritage on a central platform. This collaboration allows the museums to join forces, resulting in a strengthened online presence and an enriched experience for local visitors and tourists alike.
